摘要: This paper presents a new method of detecting Analog to Digital Converter harmonic distortion. The is based on Wavelet multi-resolution process identify instantaneous components. In classical testing, Fourier transform algorithm was long adopted estimate Total Harmonic Distortion by obtaining signal power spectrum. While the conventional tend be complicated and lengthy, investigated algorithms has shown less computations testing ADCs distortions. By shorten times reduced computation complexity, can particularly appropriate for developing low-cost, fast procedure.
