摘要: The characterization of the various species IGF binding proteins (IGFBPs) by molecular cloning has revealed a large family highly homologous soluble with high affinity for both IGF-I and IGF-II. type 1 receptor IGFBPs appear to form complex regulatory system transducing modulating activity determination roles these in action been facilitated use analogs that selectively bind either or IGFBPs.
