摘要: Abstract A procedure is described for the radioactive labeling of proteins in vitro which 3H- or 14C-methyl groups are attached to protein amino by reductive alkylation. Several and several viruses have been labeled specific activities typically 5 x 106 cpm per mg protein. Some applications illustrated.
