摘要: Abstract About 90% of the titanium deposits in China are located Panzhihua area. The dissolution ilmenite sulfuric acid was investigated. kinetic experiments were carried out with an initial acid/ilmenite (wt.) ratio 500:15, a concentration 15.4 M and temperatures from 100 to 198 °C. results show that leaching kinetics can be described by shrinking core model. Both surface reaction diffusion through product layer effective on rate. expressed following equation: t = [ 0.00766 / ( 2.74 × 10 7 e − 72575 R T ) ] 1 x 3 { + 11 0.016 2 } apparent activation energy estimated 72.6 kJ/mol. This relationship used simulate non-isothermal pseudo-adiabatic under industrial conditions. simulated values consistent experimental data.
