摘要: The purpose of this study was to assess the suitability different radiation dosimetry methods and record exposures during paediatric catheterization. Three were employed: thermoluminescent (TLD), dose-area product calculation entrance surface dose from calibrated exposure factors. Examinations included bi-plane fluoroscopy, cineangiography for diagnosis treatment congenital heart disease. most suitable method cardiac catheterization is use calculated or a meter. Children exposed high levels but there wide variation in dosage. Careful consideration should be given
