摘要: a b s t r c In this study, molecular analyses of olive trees, sampled from different regions, were performed using nuclear microsatellites markers to assess genetic diversity in Algerian cultivated olive, Oleaeuropaea L. total, 11 preselected polymorphic used on set 26 cultivars study the relationship among and within these cultivars. The number alleles per locus ranged 6 21, with mean alleles. Sixty-one unique allelic patterns observed. observed heterozygosity 0.135 0.889, while expected (He) varied 0.07 0.51. For each studied marker, both high variability discrimination efficiency between genotypes genotyping allowed unambiguous identification all cultivars; combination 3 was sufficient discriminate 20 129 reproducible bands generated clustered into nine groups.
