摘要: Semaphorins are an essential family of guidance cues ubiquitously expressed in various organs, which play diverse developmental, homeostatic, and pathological roles. Semaphorin 3E (Sema3E), initially identified as a neuronal chemorepellent, is involved the regulation cell migration, proliferation, angiogenesis. However, expression function Sema3E allergic asthma has not been extensively investigated. We determined airways its effect on airway inflammation, hyperresponsiveness, remodeling features provoked by house dust mite in vivo. Our data indicate that exposure to markedly reduces mouse airways. More important, replenishment intranasal administration exogenous protects mice from reducing eosinophilic serum IgE level, T helper 2/T 17 cytokine response. The regulatory response was sustained allergen recall lymph nodes spleen. Furthermore, goblet hyperplasia, collagen deposition, hyperresponsiveness were significantly diminished treatment. inhibitory associated with reduction pulmonary CD11b+ conventional dendritic cells CD4+ T-cell Collectively, our represent novel approach treating via immune mite.
