摘要: Delivery of quality educational services and opportunities is becoming increasingly more complex as Web-based learning tools support structures continue to evolve. Although much effort devoted examining the use technology teach course content, an emerging area some importance in online teaching how enhance student experience communicating online. Associated with this creation social supportive environments for when there little face-to-face contact between distance learners their teachers.
