摘要: Purpose The purpose of this paper is to report the results spatiotemporal analysis 3,506 fire incidents in city Manila from 2011 2016. Design/methodology/approach A and statistical was carried out determine pattern Manila. Findings Fire incidence did not exhibit any terms time, day week or month year. However, a location. Faulty electrical connections are major cause fires throughout year 14 municipalities Manila. Thus, null hypothesis stating that characteristics cases do partially rejected. Research limitations/implications Future studies may investigate influence building maintenance, government control, cooking cigarette-disposal behaviors on occurrence. Practical implications Based causes fires, stakeholders (e.g. government, Bureau Fire Protection, local units (LGUs), communities residents) can informed about how prevent fires. LGUs agencies utilize findings developing prevention programs for with highest fires.
