摘要: Synchronous tumors represent a very small portion of pancreatic tumors. Although there is higher incidence secondary malignant neoplasms (SMN) in patients with history Wilms tumor (WT), are infrequent SMNs this population. We report the first case synchronous patient WT. Two separated lesions were identified by abdominal computerized tomography (CT) scan. Fine-needle aspiration both was performed for cytopathology examination. A adenocarcinoma diagnosed head pancreas, and body lesion found to be neuroendocrine (NET). The NET had characteristic vacuolated lipid-rich cytoplasm. Further molecular testing done on tumors, but no common cancer-associated mutation found.
