摘要: The impacts of using different order acceptance policies in manufacturing sectors are usually well known and documented the literature. However, for industries facing divergent processes with co-production (i.e. several products produced at same time from a common raw material), evaluation, comparison selection not trivial tasks. This paper proposes framework to enable this evaluation. Using simulation model that integrates custom-built ERP, we compare evaluate various market conditions. Experiments carried out case forest industry. Results illustrate how when conditions related divergent/co-production may call available-to-promise (ATP), capable-to-promise (CTP), other strategies.
