摘要: The effect on fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) of multiple labelling DNA oligonucleotides with donor lanthanide chelate and acceptor CyDye™ fluors has been investigated. It is shown that using a single Cy™ or Cy5 can increase sensitivity output. enhanced FRET observed in the label system utilised two different based assay formats to demonstrate advantages over steady state radiometric assay.
