摘要: Abstract Molecular and epidemiological data indicated that the presence of HPV virus is not sufficient to induce transformation, suggesting implication other several cellular factors. Constitutive activation Ras signaling pathway an important component malignant progression for a number different cancers. In this context, objectives our study were: quantitative assessment K-ras gene expression changes in development positive cervical We observed mRNA levels did gradually increase with severity injury. The ASCUS increased 2.02 times as compared control group, while LSIL group only 1.76 times. However ras was HSIL/cancer by 2.27 when reported group. low risk infection (IrHPV) does lead expression, remaining at baseline, but high (hrHPV). addition, we noted hrHPV single infections (0.96 +/- 0.48) comparing co-infections. Our findings indicate among can be marker cancer development.
