摘要: Brazil is an important poultry meat export country, and large parts of its destination are countries with specific rearing restrictions related to broiler’s welfare. One the aerial pollutants mostly found in high concentrations closed housing environment ammonia. There evidences that broilers welfare may be compromised by continuous exposition this pollutant housing. This research aimed estimate reared under thermal environmental attributes bird’s density, as function ammonia concentration light intensity inside using Fuzzy Theory. Results showed best value (0.89 scale: 0-1) approximately 90% ideal was conditions associated environment, density between 13-15 birds m-2, values below 5 ppm, near 1 lx.
