摘要: The present experiment investigated cognitive and behavioral effects of planning (i.e. forming implementation intentions) on goal pursuit during the performance mundane behaviors. Participants received to collect a coupon halfway hall from lab cafeteria. Later, they were also given task go Thus participants had attain new by interrupting behavior. Some enriched their with intentions, others did not. Results showed that who formed intentions more effective in than control group. Importantly, data suggest completion are mediated heightened mental accessibility environmental cues related task.
