摘要: A block coding system wherein switching integrated circuit chips changes the parameters by selecting number of colors per from minimum two to six or more, and size correspondingly maintain efficiency, thus insure quality color in video data transferred over medium narrow-band paths. Switching can set for acceptable degree degradation compression any type structured data, including digital television signals transferable a path narrow bandwidth.
