摘要: 2B4 belongs to the CD2 family of molecules and is expressed on all NK, γδ, memory CD8 + (αβ) T cells. The murine NK receptor exhibits both inhibitory activating functions, whereas human has been reported be an molecule. How can act as what distinguishes its function from have remained largely unknown. We use here a model system that allows study under identical controlled conditions. These studies reveal mouse activate or inhibit show level expression degree cross-linking play significant role in regulation signaling lymphocyte activation molecule-associated protein-mediated by 2B4. A high expression, heavy cross-linking, relative paucity protein promote function. Our demonstrate how single opposing depending extent ligation, abundance certain adaptor molecules. Because levels CD48 are dynamically regulated, these findings implications for cell
