摘要: Numerous medications and other xenobiotics are capable of producing adverse reactions (ADRs) affecting red cells, platelets or neutrophils. Occasionally, more than one blood element is affected simultaneously. As with all drug reactions, some side effects a direct consequence known pharmacologic action the dose-dependent; others occur sporadically relatively independent dose. The latter ("idiosyncratic") unpredictable and, in general, have no underlying genetic basis. Many antibody-mediated, as would be expected since cellular immune effector cells little access to circulating cells. In this chapter, we will discuss idiosyncratic forming tissues an emphasis on those thought immune-mediated.
