Performance outcome of entrepreneurial behavior of SMEs in a developing economy: the role of international mindset

摘要: Despite the burgeoning stream of research on relationship between entrepreneurial behavior (EB) and performance, linkage behaviour, international mindset performance is still underexplored. Therefore, this study investigates how moderates performance.,The study's model tested a sample 257 small medium enterprises (SMEs) in an emerging economy – Ghana using three-stage least squares estimator.,Results indicate that primarily fosters driving over above unique positive contributions mindset. Specifically, finds at high levels mindset, effects innovativeness risk-taking elements becomes strengthened. The mindset's moderating role behavior-performance shows makes SMEs more innovative open to risk, hence affecting positively.,The demonstrates that, SME sector economies, individual dimensions contingent upon play such relationship. Further, explores interacts uniquely with EB (innovativeness, proactiveness) predict performance.
