摘要: Background Despite national and international guidelines recommendations, inappropriate prophylactic antibiotic use for clean wound surgery remains a common phenomenon in many Chinese hospitals, causing higher medical costs bacterial resistance. Objective To improve the prescribing behavior prophylaxis decrease abuse and/or misuse surgery. Setting The teaching hospital of university Southwest China. Methods A collaborative multidisciplinary program involving educational, technical, administrative strategies was undertaken. It characterized by monthly evaluation clinical pharmacists randomly selected cases surgery, as well group discussion attended correlative personnel, consisting staff, experts from Rational Drug Use Committee, surgeons.
