摘要: Current models of capacity market designs in the U.S. and elsewhere ignore important issue carbon emission produced by power generators. While current may produce optimal efficient prices, these contribute little or nothing to reduce such emission. In this paper, we present a novel alternative design which can realistically achieve noble goal system decarbonization. there are number possible choices, new developed work explicitly pricing clearing problem. Using PJM as base model, show that decarbonization with some reasonable increase prices.
