摘要: Selenoamino acids are generally considered to be the main selenium source in naturally occurring food and feedstuffs. Early studies by Spencer Blau (1962) McConnell Cho (1965) have shown active transport of selenomethionine (Se-Met) but not selenocystine across intestinal wall hamsters. Furthermore, some evidence for a common site Se-Met its sulfur analog methionine (Met) was presented (McConnell 1965). The goal our investigations characterize Met brush border membrane. Particularly, experiments on Na+-dependence, substrate specificity, kinetics these two amino were performed. For isolated membrane vesicles (BBMV) from pig jejunum used.
