摘要: Use of information technology makes hospital medical services more transparent.The use can improve the patients' perception fairness.Patients' fairness has a positive effect on their satisfaction.Higher patient satisfaction is, better doctor-patient relationships. The relationship between doctor and plays an important role in with health-care services. It become contentious issue China's reform.
