摘要: This paper provides an overview of special issues and challenges for the psychiatrist providing care to a survivor government sponsored torture. Case examples illustrate cultural concerns, confidentiality, transference, dual loyalties, provider responsibilities. The author hopes stimulate interest in others learn more about working with this challenging rewarding group patients.
