摘要: In the English clinical and biomedical text domains, negation certainty usage are two well-studied phenomena. However, few studies have made an in-depth characterization of uncertainties expressed in a setting, compared this between different annotation efforts. This preliminary, qualitative study attempts to 1) create uncertainty taxonomy, 2) develop translation map convert labels from schema into Swedish schema, 3) characterize compare data sets using taxonomy. We define taxonomy for converting schemas report observed similarities differences sets.
