摘要: Previously published data from our group and others demonstrate that human milk oligosaccharide (HMOs), as well infant fecal microbial profiles, vary by geography. However, little is known about the geographical variation of other milk-borne factors, such lactose protein, associations among these factors community structures in feces. Here, we characterized contrasted concentrations lactose, HMOs, examined their with microbiomes samples collected 11 geographically diverse sites. Although site was strongly associated microbiomes, both sample types assorted into a smaller number state based on shared profiles. Similar to protein also varied Concentrations were differences feces abundance specific taxa. Taken together, suggest composition milk, even when produced relatively healthy women, differs boundaries are related communities.
