摘要: SUMMARY: THE PURPOSE OF THIS ARTICLE WAS TO SUMMARIZE RECENT RESEARCH RELATED BIOMECHANICS TENNIS TECHNIQUE IN GROUNDSTROKES AND THEN RECOMMEND SPECIFIC STRENGTH CONDITIONING EXERCISES THAT WOULD TEND IMPROVE PERFORMANCE PREVENT INJURY. BASED ON AVAILABLE RESEARCH, IT DETERMINED TRAINING SHOULD EMULATE SEQUENTIAL COORDINATION INVOLVED GROUND STROKE PRODUCTION, AS WELL STABILIZING MUSCULATURE MIGHT BE DEVELOPING FORCE OR PROTECTING BODY PARTS FROM STRESSFUL ACTIONS. FINDINGS LITERATURE WERE OFFERED.
