摘要: This study contributes to ongoing attempts by scholars understand the many ways that social media is being used disaster and crisis response actors. We present a case consisting of emergency organizations, government agencies, local government, non-government community groups platform-based actors, focus specifically on how in this context support information needs vulnerable groups. examine tension between presence top-down, generic need for contextualized specific resolved, translation processes occur range also offer recommendations future research address disproportionate impacts disasters crises
