摘要: Nitrogen (N) removal in a tannery wastewater treatment plant was significantly enhanced by the bioaugmentation of novel consortium BM-S-1. In order to identify dominant taxa responsible for N metabolisms different stages process, Illumina MiSeq Sequencer used conduct metagenome sequencing microbial communities system, including influent (I), buffering (B), primary aeration (PA), secondary (SA) and sludge digestion (SD). Based on MG-RAST analysis, phyla were Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes Firmicutes B, PA, SA SD, whereas most I before augmentation. The augmentation increased abundance denitrification genes found genera such as Ralstonia (nirS, norB nosZ), Pseudomonas (narG, nirS norB) Escherichia (narG) B PA. addition, Bacteroides, Geobacter, Porphyromonasand Wolinella carrying nrfA gene encoding dissimilatory nitrate reduction ammonium abundantly present This corroborated with higher total these two stages. Thus, metagenomic analysis able system undergoing bioaugmentation. insight into nitrogen metabolism will contribute successful monitoring operation eco-friendly system.
