摘要: Resumen El riesgo vascular es en la actualidad uno de los temas con ensayos clinicos mayor trascendencia. En diabetes, estudios 2 familias diferentes farmacos demuestran reduccion eventos cardiovasculares e incluso posibilidad abierta por dapagliflozina convertirse un tratamiento para insuficiencia cardiaca no diabeticos. Otros campos, como dislipidemias, hipertension, tabaquismo o rehabilitacion cardiaca, han publicado ensayos, documentos consenso y guias enorme interes cambiar practica clinica.
