摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter deals with discussion of purification and properties venom phosphodiesterase. With PM2 DNA as substrate under favorable conditions phosphodiesterase produces not only the full-length linear double-stranded (form III) but also a series fragments form III that result from two almost simultaneous cleavages, possibly occurring at base supercoiled branch. A modest advantage bis-p-nitrophenyl phosphate is its low cost general use by commercial suppliers The p-nitrophenyl-pT advantageous because specificity toward 5'- monoester forming phosphodiesterases exclusion 3'-monoester formers. describes non recording procedure.
