摘要: MicroRNAs play an important role in various biological processes, and their aberrant expression is closely associated with human diseases, especially cancer. Real-time monitoring of microRNAs living cells may help us to understand cellular which can further provide a basis for diagnosis treatment. In this study, polydopamine was used assist the versatile modification nucleic acid probe intracellular microRNA imaging enhanced photothermal therapy. Polydopamine be covalently linked thiol-terminated through Michael addition reaction under slightly alkaline conditions. This mild performed directly aqueous solution, better resist hydrolysis than traditional resulting nanoprobe stability higher loading acids. prepared easily enter without transfection agents then realize miRNA fluorescence restoration. Moreover, coating PDA enhance conversion efficiency nanoprobe, making it suitable therapy It expected that PDA-based construct promising platform tumor
