摘要: Heavily chromium-polluted areas, where people are prohibited from entering, paradises for stray dogs. In this study, dogs were used to study the effects of chromium exposure on heart in severely Cr(VI)-contaminated rural areas China. The given water (control), low dose (L, 0.92 mg/kg), medium (M, 1.15 mg/kg), and high (H, 1.38 mg/kg) Cr(VI). changes electrocardiogram (ECG), myocardial enzyme parameters, inflammatory factors, oxidative kinase, ATPase measured determine toxicity Results showed that ST segment ECG increased significantly, amplitude T wave experimental group. (CK-MB, AST, CK, LDH) content groups M H significantly over time. values CAT, T-SOD, IL-10, (K+-Na+-ATPase Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase) decreased with increase Cr(VI) dose, MDA, IL-1β, IL-8, TNF-α dose. Our suggested Chinese dog was damaged by Cr(VI), could cause damage alteration
