摘要: This experiment was carried out in pots a greenhouse to evaluate the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (Funneliformis mosseae, Rhizophagus intraradices and fasciculatus) on carob plant performance under different levels phosphate fertilization. Non-mycorrhizal (NMyc) (Myc) plants were subjected three fertilization, L1 (0 mg P kg−1 soil), L2 (25 mg soil) L3 (100 mg soil). Results showed that P-fertilization levels, symbiosis significantly improved growth biomass production plants. Moreover, mineral nutrient (P, K, Na Ca) acquisition, photosynthetic activity (Fv/Fm), stomatal conductance, total chlorophyll content, soluble sugar accumulation also strongly Myc comparison with NMyc ones. Under level, increased acid phosphatase roots rhizospheric soil than Furthermore, maintained high membrane integrity (over 80%) low hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) malondialdehyde (MDA) contents, associated activities superoxide dismutase (SOD), ascorbate peroxidase (APX), guaiacol (G-POD), catalase (CAT) compared However, phosphorus input (L3) negatively affected root colonization performance. Thus, Funneliformis mosseae performed best deficiency least sensitive variations levels.
