摘要: The objective of this in vitro study was to examine dose–dependent changes the secretion activity [progesterone (P4) and insulin-like growth factor–I (IGF–I)] porcine ovarian granulosa cells after experimental mercury (Hg) administration, including its apoptotic potential so as ascertain possible involvement Hg steroidogenesis. Ovarian were incubated with mercuric chloride [mercury (II) or HgCl2] at doses 50–250 μg mL−1 for 18 h compared control group without addition. Release P4 IGF–I by assessed RIA apoptosis TUNEL assay. Observations show that release significantly (P < 0.05) inhibited all doses, while IGF-I not affected any used, although a decreasing trend noted comparison control.
