摘要: A method and apparatus for performing a non-invasive fundoplication. The involves: inserting device through patient's mouth esophagus to location near the gastro-esophageal junction; viewing portions of stomach esophagus; engaging inside anterior wall fundus with device; moving adjacent securing side device. includes flexible conduit (12) gastroscope (14) extending conduit. stapler (16) also extends sits at bottom in just above junction. gripper (22) beyond has gripping head (24) capable fundus, linkage (28) that can move gripped part remote where will staple esophagus, using as an anvil.
