摘要: To analyze humoral cross-reactivity to V3 peptides from subtype B and BF recombinant forms, plasma samples 50 HIV-1-infected patients were characterized by sequencing fragments of the env pol genes. An in-house EIA was performed using corresponding 15 central amino acids loop gp120 subtypes (MN, SF2) F1 a con- sensus peptide Argentinean recombinants. No differences found with respect infecting sub- type, but significant among peptides. Reactivity higher against MN in both groups infected (n = 28) 22) recombinants than SF2
