摘要: Summary Active oxygens and free radicals are involved in the metabolism clinical conditions of tissues; however, little is known about localisation expression levels associated enzymes. The expressions active oxygens, enzymes reported to be site-specific; therefore, states radical differ between sites, even within same cell. In particular, there has been no report concerning catabolic osteoblasts maxilla, other than normal that were weakly positive by immunohistochemical staining. We conducted this study elucidate relationship osteodystrophy radical-associated investigating mRNAs with using from maxilla osteopetrotic model (op/op) mice. op/op mouse osteoblasts, Mn-SOD, i-NOS e-NOS strongly positive. Mn-SOD iNOS considered highly expressed narrowed medullary cavity bone.
