摘要: ABSTRACT To encourage wider use of the vaginal as opposed to abdominal route for hysterectomy, methods and instruments are presented illustrate technique hysterectomy oversized uterus. The data here based on an experience drawn form 324 consecutive hysterectomies during 25 years limited fibroid uteri weighing between 190 810 g. described morcellation, coring, bivalving, combinations thereof.
