摘要: Sympathetically induced vasoconstrictor modulation of local vasodilation occurs in contracting skeletal muscle during exercise to ensure appropriate perfusion a large active mass and maintain also arterial blood pressure. In this synthesis, we discuss the contribution group III-IV afferents sympathetic flow distribution locomotor respiratory muscles exercise. This is followed by an examination conditions under which diaphragm fatigue occur. Emphasis given those studies humans animal models that experimentally changed work evaluate redistribution its effects on fatigue, conversely, evaluated influence coincident limb contraction fatigue. We propose concept "two-way street activity" emanating from both metaboreceptors exercise, constrains O2 transport thereby promoting sets muscles. end with considerations hierarchy between versus musculatures clinical implications afferent feedback influences perfusion, tolerance.
