摘要: The Flowing Afterglow/Langmuir Probe (FALP) apparatus was designed to study plasma reaction processes at thermal energies. It has been used several such including positive ion/negative ion mutual neutralization (Smith et al., 1978; Smith and Adams, 1983), ion/electron dissociative recombination (Adams 1984; Adams Smith, 1988) electron attachment 1986), the rate coefficients for many reactions have determined, some over appreciable temperature ranges.
