摘要: Thin film nanocomposite (TFN) membranes have attracted growing research interest in recent years because they show high potential for commercial use as desalination with superior performance compared to current polyamide membranes. In particular, inorganic–organic TFN membranes, also known mixed matrix (MMMs), are prepared by dispersing nanosize inorganic particles into a thin layer supported on the top of substrate. Major efforts been devoted development improved properties including flux, salt rejection, fouling resistance, and chlorine stability, well other such thermal stability. This chapter covers synthesis characterization fillers, polymer composite (TFC) Moreover, progress relating membrane structure, morphology, surface properties, is reviewed.
