摘要: A sample is flown to a flow cell (100), the passage of particles detected by laser light beam (10), flash lamp (1) turned on in response detection, still images are picked up TV camera, and image-processed. particle detection unit adjusting (40) calculates anticipated number image-processed from total particles, compares it with actually changes condition such that calculated value equal actual measurement value. In measurement, an operation apparatus can be determined result corrected using those parameters.
