摘要: Novel polymeric compositions are disclosed. The compositions, in particular, either soluble or readily dispersible water. Such can be characterized as blends containing at least one acid-functional vinyl polymer and amino-functional siloxane polymer. novel further include volatile aqueous media comprising water base an amount that is effective for preventing the moieties of from chemically reacting with 'blends', general, comprise 60-99.9 parts-by-weight 0.1-40 polymer, based upon total weight blended compositions. Also disclosed methods producing composition. able to provide various substrates surface coatings quasi-crosslinked, alkali-soluble networks exhibiting enhanced properties.
