摘要: A process for producing carbohydrates from vegetal juice comprises extracting a raw material, filtering the to remove material suspended therein, subjecting resultant an enzymatic reaction which consists of four stages in following sequence. The first stage is admixed with mixture 3.2.1.4-β-1,4-glucan glucanhydrolase and 3.2.1.15-poly-α-1,4-galacturonic glucanhydrolase, then 3.2.1.20-α-D-glucoside glucohydrolase.
