摘要: Abstract A room temperature magnetic susceptibility study was carried out on several derivatives of Cu, Zn Superoxide dismutase: (1) E, Co(II) in which binds to the normal Zn(II) site and Cu(II) is empty; (2) Co(II), normally occupied by Cu(II); (3) both are replaced cobalt; (4) Cu(II), only cobalt. In this latter derivative effect addition increasing amounts SCN − also tested. For all samples values resulted be sum contributions single paramagnetic ions indicate that any coupling between two metals well below kT at temperature.
