摘要: There is provided a method for producing easily highly-purified acylphenylalanine that useful as raw material of pharmaceutical products and the like, which comprises step reacting an acid chloride with phenylalanine in mixed solvent organic water, while keeping under alkali condition by using potassium hydroxide.
