摘要: Abstract In some countries including Germany unemployed workers can increase their income by working a few hours per week. The intention is to keep job seekers attached the labour market and job-finding probabilities. To analyze unemployment dynamics of with without marginal employment, we consider an inflow sample into estimate multivariate duration models. While do not find any significant impact on finding probability in model homogeneous effects, models allowing for time-varying coefficients indicate decreased employment at beginning spell increased long-term unemployed. Our results suggest that more stable post-unemployment jobs, evidence relationship between wages stability varies respect skill levels, sector labor tightness.
