摘要: In order to investigate the factors affecting domestic water use in rural areas of developing countries, an analysis was performed consumption estimates from 1029 different households Nicaragua collected between May 1986 and December 1988. Eight 22 variables hypothesized be related per capita consumption, were included final multiple regression model. These were; household size, site clothes washing, type source, mother's father's levels schooling, distance wealth, ownership cattle. According this model, a decrease source 1000 10 m is associated with increase 20%. Similarly, families where mother has 6 years schooling 17% more than had no formal education. The same difference 12% greater consumption. A better understanding needed improve design interventions aimed at reducing transmission water-washed disease countries.
