摘要: Lipopeptides are green surfactants with myriad applications in the areas of healthcare, energy, and environment. However, commercial potential these ecofriendly molecules could not be fully realized due to lack an economically viable environmentally sustainable purification process. Thus, we endeavored systematically develop scale-up a chromatographic process zero solvent discharge for rapid efficient bioactive homologues three lipopeptide families produced by marine Bacillus megaterium. On optimization analytical HPLC, significant reduction elution time from 80 30 min simultaneous improvement peak resolution was achieved.
